HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY MAGNETS?
When you approve your artwork your magnets will be ready for dispatch in approximately 5-7 working days. We do offer a 48 hour service at an additional charge – ask us for further details.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR MORE COLOURS?
Our magnets are generally printed in 4 colour process meaning you can have unlimited colours including photo’s. We can print to PMS colours if required although generally this is a more expensive process.
PRICES – ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL PRICES?
Our price list for our standard Promotional Magnets (available by registering through the website) includes ALL charges including any standard artwork and delivery. If however you do not proceed with your order within 2 weeks of artwork being done a fee of $75 including GST will be charged to cover art and administrative costs.
For all other products and qty’s we will provide a written quotation clearly indicating costs and inclusions.
Lowest price guarantee: Our policy provides that in the unlikely event you find a cheaper price elsewhere and can provide us with a genuine written quote offering the same product and services as provided by Ad-Mag we’ll beat that price by 10%. Competitor quotes must be provided prior to placement of your order. Price guarantee only applies to prices and qty’s shown on our standard promotional magnets price list available by registering through this website.
PAYMENT: HOW DO I PAY FOR MY MAGNETS?
A deposit of 25% is required for all orders from non account customers. Balance or payment can be made by direct deposit, credit card (Mastercard or Visa) or cheque (please allow clearance time
